Alaska Trip

pastor-and-terrieLast week Terrie and I had the unique opportunity to minister and fellowship with three to four hundred Christian friends on an Alaskan cruise. The cruise was sponsored by West Coast Baptist College and was attended by Christians from across the country. It was a unique opportunity of Bible preaching and one-on-one fellowship. It was also a great time to view the beautiful sights of Alaska and be reminded of the power and majesty of our God.

Dr. Don Sisk, Dr. David Gibbs, and Dr. R.B. Ouellette joined me in the preaching and teaching times. The teaching and preaching of the Word of God was greatly encouraging and helpful for all in attendance.terrie-kristi-and-dr-sisk

At least eleven crew members accepted Christ as Saviour as a direct result of our guests witnessing along the way. Many of our guests indicated that they would be in greater prayer for the ongoing projects and the needs of West Coast Baptist College in the days ahead.

service-on-cruiseOn the last evening of the cruise, we had an opportunity to share, by way of video, an update of what God is doing in the life of West Coast. Everyone enjoyed the presentation and hearts were stirred and challenged to think of hundreds of young people going out to preach the Gospel in the years ahead.

We are looking forward to what God has in store in the upcoming months for our church and college ministries.
