Thanks for this encouragement to stick with God&#039;s model for the church. Speaking of church polity, what do you think about plurality of elders in church leadership? The book of Acts often speaks of the elders of the different churches and rarely is there reference to one pastor (except in the pastoral epistles where Timothy and Titus were obviously the Sr. Pastor). Should all pastors/elders have equal authority, while one Sr. Pastor has greater influence, or should other pastors/elders be under the authority of one Sr. Pastor?
