Webster’s: com·mod·i·ty: something useful or valued <that valuable commodity>; a good or service whose wide availability typically leads to smaller profit margins and diminishes the importance of factors (as brand name) other than price.

As Leaders, our God-given commodity is influence.  

I. Maintaining a Passion for Our Work
Ecc 9:10 - "Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest."

IV. Confront the Indifferent Team Member Effectively
Prov. 21:22 – “When the scorner is punished, the simple is made wise: and when the wise is instructed, he receiveth knowledge.” 

A. Work through their supervisor

C. Know what is non-negotiable 

D. Be willing to endure hardship or slander
